Integrated Health Collaborative (IHC) is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that is a member of Aultman Health Foundation. IHC is made up of community doctors and local hospitals that partner with local agencies, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities and others to help meet your health care needs. By using a team approach we strive towards providing high quality, low cost care to you. Our vision and goals are to:
